
Return & Refund Policy
Unfortunately, as each order is personalised and printed to the customer’s specifications, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on products.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times Australia: estimated 3-5 business days, to New Zealand it will take about 7 business days.
Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $8 per parcel. For orders with multiple products, shipping will be calculated based on Australia Post rates.
