Unfortunately, as each order is personalised and printed to the customer’s specifications, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on products.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping times Australia: estimated 3-5 business days.

Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $10 per parcel. For orders with multiple products, shipping will be calculated based on Australia Post rates.
